Five Finger Discount is back! Best Side Trails is stoked to welcome the community to a wild and inclusive event for everyone of all skill levels with BMX competitions, CX racing, live DJ, food and drinks under a beautiful Spring canopy.
FUNDRAISING
Best Side Trails have hired professional builders Will Blount and Cody Landers to create a new line and get everything dialed before the big party! Funds are needed for labor, machine rental, diesel and materials. ARR will be matching community donations up to $1500! Please use the link below to contribute to the build fund.
ABOUT THE VENUE
Best Side Trails is a progressive bike park in East Austin located at 5525 Johnny Morris Rd. There are multiple jump lines with an elevated roll in structure, an airbag, trick booters, a whale tail, wall rides, and more. The park is currently closed as it undergoes renovation for the big party, follow @bestsidetrails on Instagram to stay informed about access.
EVENT SCHEDULE
RACE DETAILS
This year we’re doing qualifying heats and a Last Chance Race for the Men’s CX/MTB/whatever race. Top 3 from each event go to the finals, and the Top 5 from the Last Chance race will advance. Ladies, you’ll have your own race as well! MORE SMOKE BOMBS, MORE HAND UPS, MORE GLITTER, MORE MONEY, MORE CHAOS, MORE FUN!
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
This is a party… but it is also a open ride jam, a contest, and a race
$500 Cash Prize offered for each category: Best Trick, Best Tabletop, Highest Jump, Men’s CX Race Winner, Women’s CX Race Winner
