Volunteer Hours
Our volunteer trail crew, ride leaders and sweeps, event staff, and administrative assistants are the best part of Austin Ridge Riders! We want to make sure you get recognized for everything you do. Please use the form below to self report your hours.
What Are We Tracking?
Record your time to the nearest five minutes. Please include hours for any of the following activities. If it is not listed below, please email (insert email address).
Trail Crew activities; trail maintenance performed during a group work day or work authorized by the Trails Program Director done in your free time.
Trail Crew planning, including meeting with any city or county officials in person, online, or over the phone. Any time spent writing proposals or emails.
Event Staff; include hours worked at an Austin Ridge Riders Event like Cranksgiving or Party in The Pines, etc.
Administrative Work: include hours spent assisting with planning group rides or work days, ordering food, making trips to pick up supplies, reaching out to ride leaders and sweeps, etc.
