Ride Leader Attendance
Ride Leaders: Please use this spreadsheet to indicate your anticipated availability by selecting which group level you can lead for each ride date - or select “unavailable”.
Ride Organizers: Please use this form to submit group ride attendance during announcements prior to roll-out.
Update Network Status
The links below will take you to the trail report form for your trail network. Since the goal is to update the status of the entire network, leave the trail name field blank. Simply select the status (Open or Closed) and then submit! If you want to see more detailed instructions take a look at this PDF:

Submit Volunteer Hours
We’ve set up an online form to submit volunteer hours. Although ARR tracks total volunteer hours for official purposes, we will track your individual hours if you send them in. We will use these totals for shout outs and any special opportunities that may arise. With the exception of Ride Leaders and Sweeps, we do not track individual hours unless you submit them.
Reimbursement Request
Use the form below to submit a reimbursement request to the ARR Treasurer. We can send funds via PayPal or check.
Upload Event Photos
NOTE: any photos uploaded to our Google Photos album(s) below may be used for Austin Ridge Riders marketing and/or shared via our social media platforms. By submitting photos you grant Austin Ridge Riders permission to use these photos free of charge.
Print Items
QR Code pages can be downloaded and submitted to Office Depot/Office Max for same day printing full color if needed. Reasonable printing costs can be reimbursed from the ARR Treasurer.
Full color prints are preferred; however, if you are in a hurry and need to print it off at home or the office, black and white versions are available here.
