Volunteer Opportunities

ARR’s mission depends on the work of dedicated community members and we are extremely proud to be supported by dozens of amazing Trail Stewards and Crew, Ride Leaders, and Special Event volunteers putting in hundreds of hours of service every year.

Anytime Premiere 9/5/2024

We are hosting a premier of “Anytime” at the Austin Film Society Cinema on September 5th. We will be covering the ticket fee for our volunteers, and you will be done with your responsibilities in time for the movie! We will have seats held in the theater so that you don’t need to search for one. We need to fill the following positions:

  • (FULL) Merch Sales 6:00 - 6:50PM: Sell jerseys hats stickers. We will have card readers but you'll need to be able to add the SquarePOS app to your phone.

  • (FULL) Raffle Ticket Sales 6:00 - 6:50PM: Same as above, just selling specifically raffle tickets

  • (3) Check In/Usher 6:30 - 7:30PM: Scan people in using the Eventbrite app on your phone and hand attendees a wristband. At 7pm when the auditorium doors open, check wristbands.

Ride Leader/Sweep Sign Up

Our ride leaders and sweeps are responsible for keeping each group together and making sure nobody gets dropped. You will help teach riders proper trail etiquette, setting a positive example at each ride location. You can pick which level you are most comfortable leading or sweeping. You will be asked to attend an annual training and we are ideally looking for folks who can attend rides regularly and on time. Event Volunteer Sign Up

Are you able to help out at our group rides or big events like Cranksgiving with things like rider check in, merch sales, course marshaling, set up, clean up, or food prep? We would love to add you to our list. You will be the first to hear of these opportunities when they are available.
